Case Study #1 — Forge Industrial

"We needed more than a video. We needed a story that would make procurement officers stop scrolling and start calling."

— D. Hargreaves, Marketing Director, Forge Industrial Ltd

Forge Industrial came to us in late 2024 with a problem: their £2.1M fabrication facility was invisible online. Their competitors had slick corporate films. Forge had a phone camera clip from 2019. Within six weeks, we delivered a three-part documentary series that reshaped how their buyers perceived them.

How the Forge Project Unfolded

Every engagement we take on follows a narrative arc — not a production checklist. Here is exactly how Forge Industrial went from invisible to unmissable.

Week 1 — Discovery & Story Mining

We spent two days on-site at Forge's Gateshead facility. No cameras. Just conversations with welders, engineers, the MD, and three of their longest-standing clients. We extracted five potential story angles and narrowed to one: the human precision behind industrial-scale fabrication.

Week 2 — Script Architecture

We wrote three scripts — each designed for a different buyer persona. The procurement officer. The project engineer. The board-level decision-maker. Each film would share footage but tell a distinct story.

Week 3–4 — Production

Three shoot days. Two-camera setup. Ambient sound design captured on location. We filmed during a live project so the footage was real, not staged. The sparks were real. The deadlines were real. The pride on the shop floor was unmistakable.

Week 5 — Edit & Colour

Each film went through three rounds of internal review before the client saw anything. We grade for emotional tone, not just visual consistency. Forge's palette is warm steel and cold precision — the colour work had to reflect that duality.

Week 6 — Delivery & Distribution Strategy

We didn't just hand over files. We delivered a distribution playbook: optimal upload times, caption strategies, thumbnail A/B options, and a LinkedIn posting sequence designed around their sales cycle.

Our Working Framework — Not a Menu, a Method

We do not offer packages. We build engagements around the outcome you need. This framework governs every project we accept.

"They spent more time listening than any agency I've worked with. The result was a video that actually sounded like us."

— T. Bellingham, CEO, Northpoint Logistics

"Our recruitment video halved our time-to-hire for engineering roles. Genuinely did not expect that."

— K. Shafiq, HR Director, Meridian Systems

"I've commissioned video before. This was the first time I felt the production team understood our commercial pressure."

Case Study #2 — Lumen Health

Turning Patient Trust into a Visual Language

Lumen Health operates three private physiotherapy clinics across the North East. Their challenge wasn't awareness — it was trust. Prospective patients needed to see the environment, hear from real patients, and feel the clinical warmth before booking.

We produced a single 5-minute patient journey film and four 45-second social clips. The longer piece lives on their website homepage. The short clips rotate across Instagram and Facebook with seasonal messaging.

Result: Online booking enquiries increased by 38% in the quarter following launch. The film has been viewed over 22,000 times on the Lumen website alone. Two referring GPs mentioned the video unprompted during partnership reviews.

"Patients tell us they felt like they'd already visited the clinic before they walked through the door. That's exactly what we wanted." — Dr. A. Parekh, Clinical Director, Lumen Health

A Note on How We Choose Projects

We are selective. Not because we want to seem exclusive, but because the method demands it. Story mining takes real time. If we take on too many projects simultaneously, the immersion suffers, and the films become generic. We limit ourselves to three active engagements at any given time.

This means we sometimes have a waiting list. It also means that when we commit to your project, you have our full creative and strategic attention. We don't subcontract. We don't use stock footage. Every frame is earned on location with your people.

If your timeline is urgent, we can discuss an accelerated track — but we will never compress the story mining phase. That's where the value lives.

Which Path Fits Your Situation?

We've found that most enquiries fall into one of three categories. Start with the one closest to yours.

▶ Brand Story

You need the definitive film about who you are and why you matter. Typically 3–6 minutes. Built for your website, investor decks, and long-form social.

Start a conversation →

▶ Campaign Series

You need multiple short films for a specific campaign — recruitment, product launch, seasonal push. We build a series with shared visual DNA but distinct messaging per audience.

Start a conversation →

▶ Ongoing Retainer

You need a video partner embedded in your marketing rhythm. Monthly or quarterly content cycles. Consistent quality without re-briefing every time.

What Happens After You Reach Out

We respond to every enquiry within one working day. The first call is 20 minutes — no pitch, just questions. We want to understand your business, your audience, and the outcome you're after. If it's a fit, we'll propose a scope and timeline within 48 hours. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you honestly and recommend someone who might be better placed.

There is no obligation at any stage. We don't chase. We don't hard-sell. The work speaks for itself.
